Letter to Elected Officials on Reforming Congress
Dear Representative (or Senator) _______________________________, I want you to know that I am very concerned about the enormous federal budget deficits that are creating a massive amount of public debt that can never be repaid without causing enormous harm to our country and its citizens. A recent commentary (The First Step toward a Post-Trump World) proposed a number of reforms of how Congress operates that would work to reduce the danger this massive debt represents. As the elected representative of my district (senator of my state) I would like to know your position on such reforms.
