The People’s God is a collection of interrelated ruminations about the role that religion has played in the development of civilization with a focus on Western civilization. Demographic and cultural changes are causing America to become an increasingly secular society. But America must figure out how to be, not only a secular society, but a moral and ethical society. These changes not only affect America economically and politically, they also impact the Western alliance led by the United States.
