Listed below are some of the organizations in which I participate and support. They are trying to fight divisiveness and polarization and to make America a better place. Maybe not the one we grew up in, but one that more closely matches our ideals and principles. They are also worthy of your donations, as well.
Braver Angels seeks to depolarize American politics. Its work is rooted in grassroots organizing. From the grassroots, however, our volunteer leaders (supported by a small staff) leverage Braver Angels programs and unique organizing structure to impact community life and American institutions.
The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget is a nonpartisan, non-profit organization committed to educating the public on issues with significant fiscal policy impact. It's bipartisan leadership comprises some of the nation's leading budget experts, including many past heads of the House and Senate Budget Committees, the Congressional Budget Office, the Office of Management and Budget, and the Government Accountability Office.
1776 Unites represents a nonpartisan and intellectually diverse alliance of writers, thinkers, and activists focused on creating solutions for our country’s greatest challenges in education, culture, and upward mobility. We are a project of the Woodson Center, a nonprofit organization that has worked for decades to empower local communities to address America’s toughest problems.
